My 13 year old grandson was watching with me. We are excited and will be watching May 30th.

I woke my 13 year old son to watch, and explained why this was important (early morning Australia). I want everything to go well, because it will be his generation and his baby sibs’ seeing the results of further expansion to space. Project Artemis and all that follows.

I went to NASA when Obama was still president and it was a ghost town, no one was there. I remember going as a kid with my family in the early 80's and it was packed with people and my Dad had the time of his life since he was obsessed with it because he grew up in the 50's.

The inspiring thing about this is that it is being partially done by private enterprise. That means that spaceflight is slowly becoming an enterprise that is separate from government. That means the shackles come off.
