I'm not a mask wearer, and I agree. If you don't want to serve me that's completely ok, I don't have to go there. It's a pretty simple concept.

Yup. A business should be able to choose to not serve people who are or aren't wearing masks. Just like the can refuse if you're not wearing shoes or a shirt.

No it’s not. The latter is deprivation of rights under color of law. Many reports of sick and disabled people who cannot access food or healthcare services due to mask enforcement which isn’t even a state law but recommendations.

They also weren't refusing to serve gays carte blache, as they say in Germany, just cakes with two dudes on them. If one of them wore a dress it would be fine.
