& that is exactly why they stayed open. The 7% contraction they speak of now.. would have been triple that if they followed the draconian measures of their European neighbors. To think that they wouldn't be effected at all economically amidst a global shutdown is silly.

Unfortunately they pay the lone wolf cost. If neighbouring countries did a softer lockdown sweden would have had a way better economy at this point.
