Jack, Plex works well with subs. You can leverage http://opensubstitles.com website (free account) and then use within Plex and download the subs through the Plex interface. Or you can do that manually. If u are trying to leverage more than 1 sub at the same time that may be tough

Yeah I second this. Though depends on your server setup. It can lag sometimes and you have to find the exact subtitle files to go with your video. It can get annoying but the other benefits of a plex server far outweighs this for me.

Spent 2 days trying all these workarounds but it got way too annoying. AirParrot worked right away
