I'll make you a deal. Start with NYC/DC/Boston high speed rail (if there isn't one already). Then give us a progress report. Worry about the Wild West somewhere in Stage IV.

There is one. 150mph in parts, but faster is better. We can take all the planes that service between Boston to DC with great high-speed rail.

Please remove TX while you're at it. TX hi speed makes even less sense than CA. A 19th century mode of mass transportation that requires taking private land doesn't work in the 21st century. Hyperloop, air, self-driving cars are the future.
