    Did you read the book Coddling of the American mind by Jonathan Haidth? It explains exactly that. Why millennials are weak, why they get triggered by speech and why they are not capable of handling the world on their own. They were always protected there was adult supervision etc

        Son #1 - USN 4 yrs, worked 3 jobs to save up down payment f/1st home. DIL #1 - Worked 2 jobs to do same w/him. Son #2 - Worked way f/apprentice draftsman to design engineer f/large tech company. Son #3 - 6 yrs USAF, team leader f/large defense contractor. All 3 working today.
