Grew up in Tokyo. So my next question is why do they not have the issues NYC has? I think it is because they wear masks on the regular when the sign of any ailment sets in. Any thoughts?

The governor of our state saw covid as the golden goose, can’t pay unemployment but is getting rich off of fed funds. Plus gave himself a raise and now my taxes are due with no grace period. Somethings wrong here.
