Already read the Art of War so Chinese behavior is not a mystery Pay your spies well 1 good spy is worth millions of good soldiers 100 battles 100 victories CCP is following Master Sun's tactics, but not his strategy. W/out US $$, China collapses

Here's a fantastic review of Art of War, wonderfully narrated by Donald Sutherland. Art of War is not limited to battlefield. China uses it in politics, finance, and international relations. We must understand China if we want to defeat themhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LQ12AnxpyM …

Am I comprehending correctly? He’s effectively saying ‘mericans are stupid because they actually believe the Chinois would come here to actually learn Shakespeare and not secretly study topics sensitive to national security, potentially? This could just be a bad movie plot. Lol

It's "kind of "dumb"" and the word "dumb" is quoted. But, yes, Chinese people would find Senator Cotton's proposal hilariously naive. If a Chinese student is actually a spy, how come the subject he/she studies prevents him/her from accomplishing the mission?
