They quarantine regular Americans but mayors go get their hair done, governors get manicures, billionaires go buy houses, journalists with Covid go hang out in the Hamptons. So no it's not Constitutional. If the elite can do what they want so should we.

Slaves were also considered property and it was confirmed in the Supreme Court w/Dred Scott. The question for me is what constitutes “quarantine” and when does it consider overrreach. For example, the states can’t legally decide that we’re on quarantine forever can they?

Are we still in a "national emergency" state? That would be questioned. You are right about the Dred Scott case it's still the standard ironically but no case has changed it.
