The 10th Amendment does not give the states the right to curtail the rights in the rest of the Bill of Rights. Stay at home orders are effectively martial law and unconstitutional. Looking forward to SCOTUS confirming so sometime down the road.

No, they are not. They require cops to act against people whose actions lack a valid corpus. The corpus is referred to in Art 1, Sec. 9. All corpora delicti must contain both "injury"+"intent to injure" the same injured party. At police level: evidence of such for cause of action
