Thanks Never knew they used it for that purpose, but I could see someone thinking it was a good purpose to use it for. I've not tried it myself either. Not scared of the needles, just never the interest in it, so many other things in life are a higher priority

If you ever have the opportunity to try acupuncture, I recommend it. I am an absolute baby when it comes to receiving an injection, barely tolerate blood tests, yet happily receive acupuncture. The pain relief (knees) was terrific.

I never tried acupuncture, either, but I have a cat, so that's pretty much the same thing. :]

Try “dry needling” by a trained physical therapist. I swear by it

Dry needling is my go to for any tissue or muscle injury. Sprained my foot, tendon and ligament damage. Pain free in 3 weeks.

No secret ancient Chinese cures. The best they've got is 本草纲目, which I was paid do to a partial translation of once. What you want is a good foot doctor. (wife/gf) http://templatelab.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/foot-reflexology-chart-08-screenshot.jpg … This foot map is accurate, you can search for other ones that are easier to read.
