I would go completely insane without my workouts. I can highly recommend getting a set of Powerblock dumbells, they are a huge space-saver and can really change your game.

I really miss barbell squats and deadlifts. But Dumbbells, pull-up bar and bands are serving me well. Mentally, workouts our non-negotiable!

Walking 1.5 mile loop while carrying a 5lb exercise ball. I Keep the ball in motion the entire time alternating between lateral raises (front, 45°, side) and curls. Gonna try a 7lb ball tomorrow. Let's go! Pick'em up, put'em down.
