This map is oversimplified for example 30%+ Russians have N haplogroup, 30%+ Poles have R1b.

Yes but DNA isn't divisible in the way the map implies. I could have 10% Danish DNA, it doesn't mean I'm 10% Danish. DNA is at cellular level, we don't live at cellular level.
