I’m confused as to why this is actually a thing. In the military, we are no obligated to follow unlawful orders. Common sense would say that’s exactly what this is. When you follow an illegal order. You can be found just as guilty as the one who issued it. The Troopers are open-

It looks like the State Police are on private property (Church grounds), and unless they’re are answering a call for service, to investigate a crime, they are, themselves trespassing.
