I don't think they are hazmat suits. They look like the cheap, paper like suits I wear when I spray paint to keep my clothes clean. Note ... in the beginning of your Video that one guy's suit is unzipped and it doesn't look like any of them are wearing masks.

and even if they were, some of those could have died from stuff much nastier than COVID-19. I'd guess it's wearing protective stuff is standard with a job like that.

Those are Tyvek suits, like one would wear to keep their clothing clean or to deal with general biological hazards (like corpses). They are by no means "hazmat" suits.
