Obviously that group was comprised of first termed in the lower ranks who never had a leadership position, and not versed in the importance of the Chain-of-Command. Being a career soldier and Senior NCO, we in this group fully understand.

I read a tweet from a Navy guy on twitter here & he said, you have to follow the chain of command. If he did something he shouldn't have in his job for whatever reason, you suffer the consequences. Just like the rest of us. There is a right way, a wrong way & the military way.
