The Chinese should also tell us how they intend to keep the public safe with their nuclear powered warships.

Loose lips, sink ships. Captain Crozier leaked battlefield readiness of a Carrier. This is as illegal as a Sec. of State having a non Government IT serviced homebrew server leaking National Security info to every enemy of America.

The Secretary of Energy has the legal authority and responsibility to inform the public of he is ensuring public safety with Naval Reactors. The director of Naval Nuclear Propulsion is responsible to him. Read executive order 12344.

Still don't understand why that captain allowed his sailors to go ashore in Vietnam for leave. Wasn't he responsible for keeping his crew safe ?? Seems like an unnecessary risk.

Missiles don’t have residual heat that has to be removed or risk a meltdown. This is why the Navy owes us their plan to ensure public safety. I don’t need classified information. I need to know measures to keep CT, VA, GA, CA, WA, HI, Guam and Japan safe.
