Those two hospital ships are getting up there in age, and they do have some shortcomings. There's been talk of replacing them for quite some time. Perhaps now is the time to move on that idea.

Got the impression he meant build 2 new ships so there are 4 in our quiver so in the future if one is down for maintenance or if more than 2 are needed we will have them there to pick up the slack or add to the asssit.
