Who is the data quality manager? And what metrics are they tracking for data quality? And who are they interfacing with in the field to collect data? And what are the field data quality metrics? What’s their process? Have they been trained? Is there’s a QA process?

Exactly. Why did they use NY & NJ as the baseline since they are so densely populated? Doesnt make sense to me. I am hoping the numbers are much lower.
