Bingo! Breakfast at noon to 1...dinner to finish at 6...no snacks...18 hour fasting. My weight went down to what I weighed my senior year of high school and my bank account went up because...way less food.

Body may go into starvation mode but 5 cups of good coffee first thing when awake can get the body through 14 hours of moderate stressful events. The crash sucks though. Not advisable.

I don’t like to have stimulants when I’m stressed. The extra energy just increases my anxiety and my thoughts start racing. I can’t focus.
