Here’s what our c/c co just did to us. We had a zero bal on one and they closed our acct. On the other two, they lowered the limits drastically. On our credit report we have STELLAR pymt history with not even one late payment. They help themselves and don’t help their customers.

I'd like to have penalties and gains on retirement accounts. We have used reserve cash for forced savings but it seems now would be a good time to allow people to pay off debt to cc companies.

Just imagine if credit card companies didn't charge 20-30 percent interest rates and using those credit cards didn't mean adding YEARS worth of payments for a relatively small unexpected financial pitfall?
