We have two generations of people who have no concept of living within their means, come from mommy and daddy always being there to bail them out and they don't understand why they can't have what they want when they want it.

Jack, the same “stimulus” could be achieved, to greater effect by: 1. Bring this budget to balance. 2. Declare a tax Holiday = to $1.2 TRILLION. That’s a net gain of $2.2 Trill AND the debt got a haircut.

Is the goal of the bill stimulus or to help people out of work because of the virus and the gov mandate to pay their bills?

Yeah my credit cards are sitting at zero. 24k of emergency debt if I need it. Savings is taking a hit, but more due to investment opportunities. Taking some gambles here, but I have faith in America.
