- no commute = no added expenses, time saved - no office bs/politicking - can stay home with kids, for some people daycare expenses saved - decreased costs of dry cleaning, new clothes, new shoes - overall reduced stress and increased money saved = improved mental health

Upsides: no commute, more productive (if disciplined), flexibility with household chores (able to multi-task) Downside: harder to “turn off” as laptop is always there so tend to work more hours than when in office; still need to ensure social interaction and networking

I have my dog with me at all times. How is that not better than working anywhere else?

Definitely better for my blood pressure if I don’t have to drive in rush hour traffic

I've worked from home for the last 10 years. Things I don't miss: - Interoffice drama - Full bathrooms - Fire alarms - Having to drive in traffic - Terrible lunches - That one guy who likes to come over and interrupt me 100 times.
