My best advice to those who want to start this lifestyle is to cut the carb dependency first. Understand that carb hunger is not real. Wean your body into burning fat for blood sugar. Then you'll find you can go hours without eating, and feel better too!

I broke a 39 day fast with a large pepperoni pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi once. My brothers used to break their weekly fasts with a quart of orange juice and a chili size.
