If non-insured poor people start dying en masse because of a mutation in this virus, that's gonna be very bad news for private insurance and Trump's reelection. Bernie will basically get free-range to say that the system failed them. We'll see what actually happens though.

Reason I point this out is because people who are poor and aren't insured are reluctant to seek medical help if it means getting into severe debt. That alone makes infection rates a lot higher even if they themselves know they're showing symptoms.
