This clearly falls under Fair Use as well as First Amendment protections
They probably copystruck it for the music. That's a strategy now that is being used against Kaitlin Bennett---play Disney music loudly in the background so that whatever footage she gets is rendered unusable.
I wonder how quickly they'd copystrike a video on a leftist's channel if someone were to claim copyright infringement....

I would normally agree, & I do. But these things are iffy & can be withdrawn on a whim. Take some of the games for ex, where soundtrack copyright isn't renewed/ok'ed. In your case it might just be over jealous censorship. Do you know where the strike originated, France?, Germany?
But other people can... It doesn't have to be the author, or even the studio. It can even be a foreign licensee. Or just a liberal spaz lol...
