The Cana thing even has the party's host saying, "Why are you bringing out the good wine when everyone's already drunk?" "Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now."

And they turned wine into vinegar. How did they do that without fermenting it?

Didn’t Noah get drunk and pass out naked and then curse out his son when he woke up cuz his son saw his body as he put a blanket over him?

They were drinking wine at the wedding feast at Cana, not grape juice

As I understand it, wine in those days was cleaner/safer than water.

It was safer and kept without spoiling for longer. Those who try to claim wine wasn't alcoholic or not very strong back then simply want to believe it, there is no foundation for it being true. There are multiple mentions of drunkenness relating to wine in the bible.

1 glass of wine could hardly make any regular guy drunk, even if they had never drank alcohol before. Not drinking is kind of weak, drinking until drunkenness is even weaker.

Because it’s absolutely incorrect. Typical wine in the region was 13% ABV with high residual sugar and probably tasted like sherry or port

Can you give a source for this, please? Genuinely curious

Yeah because it's not rooted in scripture. At all.
