Stone's attorney should have pushed back once the Judge started tying the defense's hands and preventing them practicing to the best of their ability.
I might be wrong, but decisions based on Juror selection and Federal Rules on evidence is appealable & arguable

Yes, but difficult for most lawyers to get sideways with the Judge. Not a lot of Kunstlers & Darrows running around.

Those who stay informed knew the Roger Stone Trial was rigged from day one. Glad to see the thread of corruption slowly starting to unravel.

Same here. I followed it at the time and knew he wasn’t getting a fair trial. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, so hopefully this exposure is just the beginning.

ABJ also prevented STONE from talking about the case so he could not make money. Why? From here it looks like she has a very cruel side to her.

Look at what she did to Manafort, she’s the judge that threw him into solitary confinement, and kept him there even after he became very ill. He was finally removed to a hospital after much ado by prison drs insistence.

Lets his lawyers off the hook, but the judge should be dealt with. Harshly!
-
She has an interesting quandry: The more severe the sentence, the more likely an appeal, and with that jury mischief the appeals court may not be kind to her.
