How is it anti free market to show the price of the service to the consumer and/or the consumer's insurance company? That's like auto repair shops withholding their estimates until after the service is performed.

Economic premise is when you artificially fix prices you will ration services. Even with demand constant, however if demand increases shortages will be generated. Government control of markets is inefficient in allocation of resources. Its gonna suck folks.
