I've heard people saying "Antifa deserves gun rights too" and I think we need to explain there is a difference between self-defense and groups that encourage violencehttps://twitter.com/MillerStream/status/1219663746081214464 …

Well, then the Left could just turn around and say Fascists do not deserve gun rights by the same logic.

Groups that encourage violence, plan attacks, and stockpile weapons are already against the law, regardless of what 'side' they are on

But from what I understand, 'Antifa' is not a specific group. It's a broad term for Commie political ideology. There are lots of individuals who identify themselves as 'Antifa' (if mainstream American media is to believed anyway). The category seems far too broad.

Antifa is a violent revolutionary ideology and its adherents commit domestic terrorism. Either way, the precedent in the US is 'inciting imminent lawless action' which is what Antifa does best, as we've seen from Portland to Tacoma to DC

That is fine but the same could be said for Communism and Socialism. It's a bad precedent to set. It might be better to have it declared a terrorist organisation and then stripped off gun rights, which makes the move much more justifiable.

There's no domestic terrorism statue in the United States
