Hard disagree. We are a rights-based society, not one based on some vague idea of the “common good”. Even if we could increase the common good by killing someone or stealing from them, that wouldn’t justify it because the person’s rights and their existence are not owed to others

Except that the Constitution is a rights-based document, not one that allows for anything based on the common good. Communism leads to such atrocities precisely because anything can be justified for the common good. A rights-based society prevents such things by having absolutes

Coercing by force when one person’s actions are infringing on another. You seem to be saying, though, that you believe it is justifiable for coercion Jy force even when that person is causing no harm.

The teachings of Christianity are themselves open to interpretation. That’s why so many religious wars occurred between Catholic and Protestant governments, and why the US did not establish an official religion.
-
The rights I’m speaking of were in fact believed in by some of the greatest Christian thinkers. They asserted that rights are given to us by God, not by man. That’s why the Declaration of Indeoendence states that we are endowed with unalienable rights by our Creator.

That is the only other Constitutional argument. All or none. There is no middle ground that is Constitutional.

Your argument isn't Constitutional, it's a complete fabrication. You are claiming Rights that were intentionally not enumerated in the Constitution. Federal Law protects the Bill of Rights. States can add, but not subtract Rights. People who disagree can move States. I was right.
