You only need to Ration one day a week for a full 24 hours ,consuming only about 800 calories that day with plenty of water , no junk food or snacks and the weight will come off slowly and permanently. My Dad did it and he looked as good at 80 as he did at 40

Don’t eat breakfast and lunch, eat a lot of healthy foods at dinner, repeat for a few weeks, no longer fat

Bad advice. May work, but not healthy. Shift main calorie intake to breakfast. Eat healthy within 30 minutes of getting up to kickstart metabolism. Eat regimented times, eg. within 30 minutes of 7/12/7 every day so your body knows what to expect and doesn't store it. Exercise 30m
