Yes sir simply taking a 20-30min walk while looking at distant scenery has shown to be effective against depression.

Yes, but quite often those with depression have a hard time getting out of bed, much less going for a walk. It can feel like a mountain to climb. But it CAN be done, and gets easier as it becomes habit and depression loses its grip.
