        In Los Angels and San Francisco there must be chunks of land to build barracks for the homeless. The Church that rake in 4 billion a year could feed and clothe then. The Hollywood and athletics can pay to build these units. Results: No tents and the homeless problem over.

        Because they are largely Christian in Latin America, so they would naturally accept American republicanism (many of them already do). So, technically, a U.S. presence might actually be wanted over there. (Not good for the military industrial complex)

        Follow foreign investment paper trails for the answer. The US is a business for sale. It's people, it's land, it's corporations, it's resources are all for sale. There's nothing to gain from securing it.
