I purchased two tickets for the 24th. It’s always best to judge entertainment for ourselves.

It baffles me how they would buy the franchise for $4 billion and just wing it. Not having some kind of roadmap or outline was insanity. If they’re going to do another one of these, hire a group of writers to write three scripts and film them all at once like Lord of the Rings.

I'm pretty sure that when they bought the franchise, they also bought all the derived products of all kinds. They certainly didn't make a bad deal.

I went to see Richard Jewell here in TN Friday night at 7:10 & the entire theater building was virtually empty. No lines No groups of people No huge crowds leaving from finished movies (we got there 40 minutes early expecting 2 have 2 wait in lines to get tickets, drink/food)

& when we got out of our movie at 9:30, we expected to see lines, groups of people... basically a crowd of some sort & saw Nothing It was virtually empty except for maybe 10-15 people not working there
