My husband and I were HUGE Disney fans...but, in the last couple of years they over did it with both Frozen & Star Wars..place is constantly under construction, while their prices kept going up to the point where we not only stopped going, canceled our annual passes & sold stock

Btw, not a big baby..I was on Dialysis for almost 5yrs and Disney was one of the few places I could do "home" dialysis...but, the cleanliness of the properties started to decline. So on top of all the construction, rate increases, etc., it also wasn't good for my health

This makes a lot more sense. KK said herself she's marketing it for new fans not the old. At the same time though they used a statistical approach of making a story around what fans liked but it didn't land. It came off as insincere fan service with nothing new or interesting.
