If you can find "the legal age of consent in the constitution", then you can call it "constitutional", until then "it isn't constitutional"... p.s. cite in the constitution where a 16 yr old has the right to get an abortion...not where libs "interpreted it in there". 1/2

The reason Roe v. Wade is bad case law. They basically premised that if it were illegal, not constitutional...it could not be enforced due to the right of privacy (liberally interpreted). But if you "doctor shopping" they will rip your privacy off like dirty underwear & bust you

2/2 The age of consent is made at the state level for a reason, because I argue that it is not in the constitution or federal enumerated powers either. My conclusion is it isn't "constitutional", it is a state sovereignty legal decision.
