Not a knock at all. I think it's an effective mental strategy for some to avoid eating for long periods

Intermittent fasting may be one of the most powerful tools for increasing lifespan, mental clarity and decreasing the anxiety of the scarcity culture we are so used to. We are programmed to feel something is missing if we don't eat, breaking that habit is unbelievably liberating

I call it intermittent eating, not intermittent fasting. It's a reminder we don't always have to eat. My gut thanks me for the habit - when I can follow it.

I've been eating lowcarb/keto for 19 years, started intermittent fasting a year or so ago. Presently I eat just dinner weekdays, weekends I also have breakfast, because I like bacon and eggs :)
