      Heavily processed foods are often high in sugar, fat and empty calories. Consuming lots of these foods has long been linked to an increased risk of a wide variety of health problems

          Food is real medicine. Anytime you're feeling foggy or down always look at your diet first. Watching what you eat is harder than it sounds because we're used to quick fix pills instead of long-term solutions. If you don't treat your body like a rental car, things get better.

          First rule: No PUFAs - virtually ALL are man-made, do not exist in nature except in tiny amounts, and are horribly bad. Second: No fast carbs unless you're literally starving, then white starchy natural ones (e.g. rice) are acceptable. That's 90% of it.
