Makes complete sense. My 2 oldest gen z kids have plans and will have little to no debt after college due to smart planning and employable skills. Many of the Gen Z kids I know are smart about money, college and jobs. Best yet-more likely to be conservative

One will graduate with an engineering degree the other will graduate high school with an associates degree in business with only 2 years needed for a bachelors in business/finance or accounting.

My family came here as immigrants in 1976 with absolutely nothing My dad bought his first house in 1991 I boggy my first house when I was 25 and both my daughters own homes as well Instill values in your children, work hard and home ownership is attainable

1982 here bought my house when I was 23. Paying someone's rent mortgage is very bad financial choice in my opinion.
