To me regardless of how the facts shake up, this was a canary in the coal mine. I’m sure LEOs read it that way, but the whole country should.

Doesn't add up. Investigating. Not a warrant service? Gunshot. No guns found. Very convenient. Supposedly had a warrant but wasn't charged with FTA.....

Maybe. It's worded a little awkwardly. I looked up those statutes...all except for the petty theft sound like they could apply to the standoff itself. So who knows yet?

The way the official statement with writ was posted, the charges stem from todays incident. He was arrsted for being in his own house.

You know, I hate to sound irrational, but I just don't know that I believe this. Besides, as someone else said, they thought they heard a gunshot and called for backup but no guns were found? I am just glad he's not hurt and that no one else is either.
