Dubinsky accuses the Prosecutor General of hiding this information from the public (though that may be because the investigation is ongoing)
The leaked "signed suspicion" appears to be similar to a draft indictment outlining specific crimes that Ukrainian prosecutors are investigating Zlochevsky for including money laundering
