I tend to believe he’s culpable and death sentence warranted but, if instant case, state didn’t make its bones fairly, ya can’t burn him for other stuff. Just can’t.
Is the right thing simply re-running the DNA? That would clear it right up on the cheap!
I dislike the death penalty for numerous reasons... however families of the victims should never be re-victimized by fearing for the convicted killers release. We need an iron-clad life in prison sentence instead of the death penalty. The appeal process is expensive and stressful
As the innocence project has taught us, mistakes can happen and crooked prosecutors do exist. Also justice is different for folks with deep pockets. All reasons life in prison is a better option. Death penalty costs are much more per prisoner than lifetime prison costs!

I agree that hes most likely guilty but as a christian i cant reconcile being pro life and pro death penalty,it seems so old testament to me
