Highly unlikely indeed since the Senate is the body that removes a president from office and the Senate is also the body that can prevent someone who has been impeached to again hold a federal office.

IF Trump is impeached (a very big if) you run Nikki Haley with Pence as VP and win in a runaway election. Her favorability is high and would give the R the first female president
