So it can survive a flash fire or electrical explosion would be more correct. You can wear a suit of kevlar and ceramic but if a concussive explosion goes off near you it will rupture your internal organs.

This seems like deceptive marketing. It's basically flame-retardant clothing. That's not gonna help you in an explosion with shrapnel. It's not friggin' Kevlar. "These clothes can survive fire..." would be more accurate. But not exactly "new and exciting."

FRC’s meant to keep you from burning in a flash fire. Worn by
#oilfield hands across the globe. Especially awesome in the desert heat.....ok they could use some technological breakthroughs if I’m being honest.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

They call them FRC and they have been used in Saudi Arabia in the industrial plants and electrical stations

Should show the clothing slowly 'slathering' to the ground as the body's internals emulsifies into a softened mush, as organs, arteries and blood vessels rupture Too dramatic? Ok perhaps a look more of clothing on a skeletal hanger?

Would be great to see similar innovations for airplanes. From the shell to the seats and every tiny compartment in between.

This is pretty old technology. Its called aramid fiber. I was wearing Nomex brand aramid fiber, 40 years ago. It does not protect from the explosion, only from the resulting fire.
-
Kevlar is also an aramid fiber.
