From a friend: "That’s a letter to Congress. How is it a whistle blower complaint? How did the IGIC get it? From Schiff? If Schiff had it all along, why did he threaten to subpoena it?"

Hard to believe such details came from an elevator conversation with the guy who actually did hear the telephone call. This is months of research and professionally edited. Definitely tradecraft.

I thought it was odd that a whistleblower quoted main stream media sources in the complaint. I didn’t know that whistle blowers were supposed to file complaints with information that isn’t part of their own experience. It’s almost like it’s intended to be quoted by CNN, etc.
