As a huge proponent of alternative (and affordable) housing models, it was such a treat to tour the Los Feliz location of @Podshare. It's great to see such innovative solutions to housing in the midst of rising rents and high costs in Los Angeles. pic.twitter.com/Qhqf6VESVl

The people own 48,000,000 acres in California, over 50% of State, and now in Control of Government Bureaucrats. Why Don’t we take 10% of that land and end the Homelessness and Unaffordable Housing Crisis in California.Give the Young Kids a chance or do we want them in shoeboxes?

Hey, if that girl can legally rent plywood bunks in her house for 1200 a month, more power to her. She is living the capitalist dream. I wonder what the zoning is on something like that. How safe is it.? Still it reminds me of Hong Kong wire cage bunks.

Young working men and women often lived in “hotels” with shared meals and common rooms until the 1960s. If people are reviving them and SROs as hip and fun, more power to them. Seems like a fun way to live to me, and you can build up savings.
