Well, he’s changed his tune since the New Atheist days! I remember him arguing that some sort of humanist Utopia would fill the void of Christianity, instead of Islam or Intersectionality.

Isn't it ironic that one of the most outspoken opponents of Christ actually recognizes and more importantly, understands, the necessity of faith in God in society?! It's been obvious to me that Dawkins' problem isn't with Christ as much as it is with the Catholic church he knew

I feel similar, I used to consider myself atheist, but I'm seeing that I'm more agnostic and I do see god having place in all our lives, be it as a deity, or as a friend, as something to help us grow and be better. We all need that mindset to be the best we can be.

Ironic, but the rise of Christianity is credited by many historians as saving western civilization. Glad to hear atheist Dawkins admit that Christianity is a stabilizing force for good. He has my prayers.

That isn't what he said though.

Wait... Didn't he try EVERYTHING in his power to eradicate said Christianity?

Nihilism & hopelessness metastasized out of Dawkin’s New Atheist movement. It sees humanity as a cancer & worships the environment; loves equality, but compartmentalizes people; is pro-science, but ignores it when convenient. Morality w/o foundation. Original sin w/o redemption.
