No. They violate the 1st and 2nd Amendments, the Due Process clause and more. If someone is mentally ill to a sufficient degree to be dangerous to others then provide due process and institutionalize them. THAT's Constitutional.

Heck no. This is a slippery slope. The left thinks every person on the right is evil. We would all have a red flag pop up if they have anything to do with it. No sane person should support this.

Nope. Due process, possibly a 4th amendment violation via privacy as well.

Violates 4th Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure, at the very least. No due process, no hearing, no warrant, no adjudication, unable to face accuser, no evidence, just hearsay, which is inadmissible as evidence, in a court of law

If you can find a way to preserve due process rights then yes. However I selected no, because many are pushing for taking first, then defending yourself after. I think recognition does start at home and with loved ones or close friends. That’s a good place to start.

From my understanding, the definition of the proposed red flag laws is to take the guns first, and worry about due process later.

We already know there are far too many lawyers who #BelieveAllWomen. But , how many judges also #BelieveAllWomen and, therefore, would find "probable cause" to confiscate a man's firearms simply because a woman *accused* him of abuse?

I’m far more worried about leftist neighbors than vindictive partners. Men already loose access to guns when abuse is claimed. Not for lack of just cause. Women are more likely to die leaving an abusive partner then ANY other risk factor at any other part of their lives.
