I can tell with absolute certainty, that is NOT Publix policy. If any shopper is having any issue with another shopper, any member of store management can and will intervene. They will never just tell a customer to "confront" anyone.

A element that also seems overlooked here.. they both claim that the 2 non 'Express lanes' were both empty.. that would make 3 lanes and two customers.. So much dumb with these two shining beacons of the left.
